A very nice doctor and knows her stuff!
She is very experienced in different surgeries, her staff is very professional and nice. I was very apprehensive about this procedure but the doctor and staff helped settle my mind. Every thing went well. Also Columbus Hospital is nice.

RUDE and thinks she knows is all
I was a previous patient and I didn't get a good vibe then, my GP refered me to her to find out my condition, she still said I needed a shrink doctor and physical therapy, go figure? It took my GP to put a order in, (that a specialist like Vasser should of done), it showed that I have a bad gallbladder which is her specialty. Then they set me up one month away for the surgery. I got back in my car and the Dr Vasser called me to tell me to put my phone on speaker like she owned my phone or something, and said I think your personality and mine dont work I will not do the surgery. I just thought wow she has no people skills at all had to COWARDLY call on the phone to tell me she didnt like me and that she didnt want to do the surgery, which is her specialty. I advise anyone never go here. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to the doctor and got a CT scan and got a colonoscopy no sooner than I woke up from the anesthesia. They were already dressing me and putting my shoes on like I got the hint get out. I went to the follow up visit. try to explain to the doctor that I’m still having excruciating pain no feeling she had, no rhyme or reason she told me that I needed a therapist and then I needed a physical therapy. I’m still in pain and I feel that this doctor didn’t deserve to have patience be treated this way so I went back to my primary Doctor Who hopefully can diagnose my pain that she specializes in I do have a Lap Band and the Lap Band if it is a eroded would not show on the CT scan. She told me she didn’t see anything on the CAT scan and that doing an upper scope wouldn’t provide any answers. She quickly referred me to a bariatric surgery well, let me tell you this after going to my primary doctor. They have a facility here in the town that I live where she practices out of that could diagnos

Willing to sit and answer questions.
I have had appointments in her office and a procedure. Her staff is amazing and she is very informative. She prepped me well, I know exactly what to expect. She explained all the findings and helped me plan a course of action. Very professional, but also very personal as well.

DETAILS OF COMPLAINT: On 08/14/2020 I went to Columbus Hospital to have a pilonidal cyst surgery and several cysts on the back of my neck removed. I was in a pretty good mood. i made a joke to the lady doing the sonogram. she laughed. then the anestigiologist walked in the operating room so I said something funny to him. This anesthigiologist didnt like my joke. he intentionally assaulted me a minimum of twenty times by placing the needle between my discs and over inflating this area causing violent pain. after the twentieth time i yelled at him and yelled back at me what. only after i yelled did he stop torturing me. Vasser knew this day subordinant the anesthigiologist assaulted me a did nothing. I phone Vassers office weeks after the surgery because i was terrified of not getting proper care and spoke to Vassers assistant. I told her in great detail what happened. the next time i met with Vasser for post surgical inspection and Vasser never brought the assault up. later I called the

I am not one to write reviews but I saw Dr Vasser on yesterday and I was so impressed that I had to get on here and write something. People tend to have negative opinions about the small town doctors. I am here to tell you this woman is exceptional. She was very attentive. She also went over and beyond to explain things to me in detail.
