Doing better
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ross for about 9 months and there’s been a rough patch with getting prescriptions and appointments when I need them. Luckily they seemed to have fixed some issues and I’m no longer having problems getting my prescriptions or making appointments, I can even do it online. The office seems to be running smoother and Dr Ross seems to be better for it. Hope these changes stay!

After two visits with Dr. Ross, I made the decision to explore other options. The first visit was ok, with no overt issue. During the second visit, Dr. Ross' appeared to just be going through the motions and almost appeared like she did not want to be bothered. She ordered tests and ended the visit after approximately 10 minutes. It left me with an unsavory taste in my mouth, and I made the decision to seek another healthcare provider. Demeanor, comfortability and a good bedside manner is essential in a doctor. Unfortunately, I felt none of that from Dr. Ross.

Excellent Care
I have had several visits with Dr. Ross in the past 2 months. My initial visit was far beyond my expectations. The front office staff was very friendly and attentive and Dr. Ross's Nurse, Jackie, was reassuring, knowledgeable, and helpful with helping me get a coupon for a medication that I could not normally afford. Each visit I have felt VERY confident in Dr. Ross's diagnosis and direction. She is most encouraging about my health, and I think she was more excited for me then I was when the scale showed I had lost weight in the two weeks between visits! I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to collegues, friends, family and anyone needing a competent, caring and compassionate Doctor. I feel very thankful that I was able to find Dr. Ross and her staff!

Does not listen
Only hears what she wants. Orders unnecessary tests that you may have to pay for as she is not in line with CMS standards. Will kick you out if you question/ disagree with her

Horrible Experience
I cannot stress enough to stay away from Dr Ross. She is cold, irritated you showed up and does not even pretend that she cares about your issue. I showed up crying and scared having been in the ER several days before. She was so nasty I was in shock. She used sentences like what do you even want me to do for you. I asked for a referral to 2 specialties as the ER dr indicated. She said she was not referring me anywhere. She finally agreed to send me for some blood work. She MESSAGED me via the portal that my blood work came back ABNORMAL. No call, nothing. What type of dr sends a scared patient a message about abnormal results? I asked for a call for details. MESSAGED back--nope, she was too busy. But if I want to make an appointment she'd discuss it with me. I will never go back--ever. Went around her and made appointments with another health system in town. That Dr found issue and had it fixed--Dr. Ross's indifference put my health at risk. Horrible experience.
