We met with Dr. Alexander prior to the birth of our son to select a pediatrician for him. She was warm, caring and knowledgeable. Since his birth, on every occasion that we have seen her, she has been fantastic. She has recommended that we see a specialist or two when we were concerned about something. Some may take it as a bit much, or as her covering herself, I didn't. I took it as her being thorough. We have never felt rushed or that we weren't receiving top notch care.

Dr Alexander always seems to be in hurry , all we notice is that she wants to be out of the room. It is upsetting to see her not FULLY present even for the 10mins during the appt. Also she lacks in taking the ownership as if all she wants is to not get sued. She does not get fully involved in a child's history and does not give her 100% to ensure well being of her patient.She does her job but the lack of genuine care contributes to often times an incorrect diagnoses.
