Dr. Heather Moore, MD

we are both doctors and recently move to the area from Boston. Dr. Moore and her nurse Summer are both very professional. They take their time at visits and we do not feel rushed at all. Their clinic runs on time and front desk staff is professional and easy to work with. I would not hesitate at all to recommend her.

dr moore did a surgery on me recently and it was so smooth and i recovered well. she is super patient and knowledgeable. i was lucky that all turns out fine.

I would highly recommend Dr moore . She is an amazing person. She explained everything very well . She was not in hurry at all. I really liked that she listened my issues and did guide me what needs to be done. I’m glad to have such an amazing ob /gyn.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Moore. She was very patient, knowledgeable, thoughtful, friendly, kind, honest, punctual..., she gave me enough time to ask all the questions I had during each visit and she took her time to explain everything thoroughly and professionally. I have never felt that she was in a rush to push me out the door. I will definitely continue to see her and highly recommend her. I would like to give her 10 stars if I could.

It was such a great experience to work with Dr. Moore throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Yes I was so lucky to have her as the on-call OB during the labor that day! She is always nice and patient. She listens to me, answers all my questions, and explains everything clearly. When there were different choices, she would always guide you through each possible way, and let you decide. When I was confused with those methods, she would always give me her recommendations. I always had a good mood after visiting her. During labor, she could always help you making the right decision and never push you to use any medication or not. Without her help, it would have been a much more difficult labor. The nurses there were friendly and skillful. The clinic is capable of doing what I need during the whole pregnancy so I never need to go anywhere else for tests, etc. The clinic is affiliated with Overlake Hospital. My labor experience at Overlake was also exceptional.

Fantastic from the very first phone call!!! I’ve been looking for an OB/Gyn and Dr. Moore has such wonderful reviews on multiple forums. I’m so pleased I decided to become a patient here and they provided exceptional customer service. I’ve suffered from two early miscarriages and it was during the second loss that I found Dr. Moore. Everyone was so caring and kind throughout the entire process even before becoming an actual “patient of record”- they truly cared. Dr. Moore is so sweet, soft spoken and took her time throughout the appointment to get to know me and reassure me everything would be okay. Dr. Moore also is taking preventative steps to monitor me in future pregnancies even offering to arrange blood work at the hospital if I cannot make it during their clinic hours due to work. I cannot express how much I appreciate the peace of mind and how lucky I feel to have found Dr. Moore. Thank you!

Dr Moore is very empathetic and a friendly person. She has a great attention to detail and never rushes the appointment. Throughout my prenatal visits, her diagnosis never went wrong. I suffered from hemorrhoids in my third trimester. All the medications that were prescribed by her really worked. She is very personable and would like to address all the issues. She checked on me on the day of my delivery even though she is not on call. She is very responsible towards her patients. I would definitely recommend her to all the first time moms.

Dr Moore always takes her time and is very through and empathetic. A perfect doctor. And the office and staff are bothe friendly and efficient. First class place.

Dr. Moore is very personable. Great bedside manner. She is very calm which was great for me delivering my first child. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She really listens and feels more like a friend than a Dr. I've recommended her to all my friends!

Dr. Moore is very patient with you as she explains all the mysteries of pregnancy and how your body is changing and adapting. She has a child herself and so she often refers to her own pregnancy as she gives examples of how to cope with uncomfortable parts of pregnancy. Her office staff is always so helpful and attentive. I never walked away from their office feeling as though I didn't get ALL my questions answered or feeling neglected in anyway. Dr. Moore is a calm and even keeled doctor.
