Inadequate staff and care!!!
WE had an appt. on a Friday . As soon as we got there staff was talking about the weekend and how they hope to get out on time. Issues with the first "care provider" that came in and asked about pronouns. Went downhill from there because we did not agree with having to say your pronouns. "Care provider" became impatient and kept trying to get my wife to hurry up. My wife was going there for a TBI. She started to have problems with being told to hurry up because she is unable to. My wife began to have an anxiety attack and was TOLD to leave. She was having a medical issues and we were told to leave because of it. This is a doctors office, correct? Why was someone told to leave when they were having a medical issue. Because you are incompetent, uncaring and horrible people. This was not Dr. Ma but "care givers" in the office. Dr. Ma did apologize for it but that was the end and we will not be back. This happened awhile ago but I am still pissed and will not forget.

Got my life back
Three years after acquiring a brain injury, I was finding little relief from the symptoms. Too often, I was dismissed as faking it, as I didn't have "typical" symptoms. Dr. Ma listened well and believed me. She prescribed a course of action, follows up, and supports me in the journey. I'm functioning at a level similar to before my brain injury, and Dr. Ma has been a great part of that. She is competent, personable, and awesome!
