Dr Lloyd could not have been more compassionate with my Father. She took her time and explained the problems he was having and why, and made sure he could be relieved from his pain, using hands on muscle therapy. She went above and beyond to help him, she was an Angel!! We can never Thank her enough for all of her help and knowledge. In our eyes you are the Queen of the ER!!

She needs to be in an occupation where she has NO contact with patients, I heard her outside of my room complaining about and making fun of patients coming to the ER for reasons that were not life and death. After a five hour wait (when everyone else had been kind and professional) Dr Lloyd said she couldn't help how I felt but there was nothing wrong with me to go home. I asked her if she was even going to examine me She said yes Exam <1 min She put note in my file I caused disturbance in ER

Dr. Lloyd lacked any concern or compassion about the symptoms my mother was experiencing. She was arugementative and catty with my mother and our family. Her diagnosis (or lack of) was based on her very brief assessment. Elevated BP 50+ points above her normal range, tingling in her arms & legs. The only info we were told is it was not a MI or stroke. We had to get the ER director to even get a CT scan. Dr. Lloyd was unwilling to listen & try to diagnose. We went home with only more questions

Having a medical scare is bad enough, but Dr. Lloyd made it much worse. My trip to the ER became a nightmare with her unprofessional attitude toward me, the patient, and my family members. Nurse and receptionist tried to be helpful, but Dr. Lloyd should seek another line of work. Further follow up will be coming to Hospital Director about my experience in the ER at Pardee.
