Dr. Heather Henken, MD

Dr Henken blows the other doctors away! Shes great at what she does! My first time with her was at my sons appointment couple weeks after he was born and I was very afraid of someone being overly aggressive and non understanding however she made everything at ease for me answered my husbands questions without making him feel dumb and answered mine as well with an understanding she even brought out a medical book to show me some pictures of something i was afraid of that my son had wow that blew my mind she wasn't rushed at all. She also is very quick to answer her emails and its true she answers them herself not a nurse which is more personable. I am very very happy with her and her care with my son!

Dr. Henken is quick to respond to emails, is very approachable and easy to talk with during appointments, and spends an appropriate amount of time answering questions, explaining where we're at in terms of growth and development, etc. She has always been familiar with my boys' medical histories and gives advice and recommendations that makes sense and is well-explained. She is also very sweet with my boys, which helps ease the anxiety associated with visits to the doctor.

She is both my son, and my daughters doctor. We see her at the Redlands Kaiser. She is very quick to answer her emails(out of all the doctors Ive had through Kaiser, she is the only one who personally answers her emails not just her nurse(s)), and is VERY helpful even when i just have questions or I'm worried about something. She is very understanding and makes my daughter feel at ease with her. Shes the best pediatrician! HIGHLY recommend her.
