Dr. Heather Hartman, MD

Dr. Hartman is amazing!!!! She is kind, smart and up on the latest recommendations. I read the recent negative reviews and it seems like these people are just difficult, angry people. Dr. Hartman is lovely and her staff is incredibly kind. Her MA, Ishmael (sp?), is perhaps one of the nicest people I have met in a medical setting. So do not believe the angry people. You will be in excellent hands in her care!

The office staff are rude- we travelled 25 minutes for an appointment and was one minute late and was turned away. We are indifferent toward the physician, she seemed distant and disinterested. Unfortunately, we cannot find a better option.

I do not leave reviews very often; however, this doctor needs one. Dr. Hartman treated us terribly from the moment she walked into the room. She was rude, condescending, and had absolutely no tact. She interrupted me several times while trying to explain my child's history. She acted like my husband and I were insane and making up for our child's allergy. She definitely is great at what she does, but so are so many other doctors. She lacks positive communication skills. It is possible to treat your patients kindly and get your point across, and I will be going to a doctor who can do both.

Dr. Hartman always takes the time to listen to everything I am saying then explain everything in an informative yet compassionate way. She's helped my asthma more any other doctor has. My kiddo also had a great appointment with her. I've recommended her many times!

Dr. Hartman is wonderful. She listens. She is a good combination of common sense & science! I’ve recommended her to 2 coworkers and both are pleased!

She asked no questions about when I feel my issue is worse, no questions to get to the root of the problem. I felt like it was a waste of time and told me to use things I have already tried and told her that.

I have never taken the time to write a review on any Doctor, but I feel very strongly about Dr. Hartman. I have actually never encountered such an arrogant, disrespectful, ignorant, dismissive Doctor in my entire life. She dismissed everything that I had said, and kept interrupting me. I listed every medication that I could think of that I was allergic to (According to SEVERAL other Doctors) and she said that I was wrong, that I wasn't actually allergic, I just had bad reactions. Fine, but she talked in a way that made me feel inferior to her, like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. She would ask a question, and before I could finish answering or explaining my past experiences, she would interrupt to say, "Actually, that is incorrect." She was beyond the worst Doctor I have ever met. She has no intentions of helping patients, she just wants that paycheck. Doctors, as well as any other medical professionals, are supposed to make you feel safe and heard.

My son has some complex issues and Dr. Hartmann ALWAYS takes time with him. She collaborates with my sons other physicians in a timely manner. Highly, highly recommend.

Despite the confusion of a new office and new computers, was seen on-time and very well taken care of. Dr. Hartman spends the time she needs to get it right.

Spent lots of time getting to know my daughter. She took her time with her and made her feel like a priority. Office staff were attentive and caring. No rush around.

She is the absolute best allergist doctor. I wish I could see her for every speciality. She's knowledgeable, listens, and really cares. I can't recommend her enough. Her whole office team is great and really accommodating.

She took the time to explain the allergies and the testing that she was going to do. She was very straightforward and didn't put any "fluff" into the explanation. Very personable, very caring and very honest. I have recommended her to all my family and friends.

I'd give her -10 stars if I could. She is the laziest, most unlikable, most uncaring doctor I've ever seen. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. She dismissed my eye allergies and the medical report made it sound like my symptoms were all in my head, even though she didn't test very well or very thoroughly. Go anywhere but TriHealth; they care more about profits than patients. She is the worst I've seen.
