My health has improved
Every time I visit Dr. Greenberg, I feel positioned to succeed with my diabetes. She is a little tough, but my health has improved considerably since I started receiving her care over the past two years.

Unprofessional and judgmental
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor appointment. Have multiple diseases including hashimotos and went in after experiencing worsening symptoms and was dismissed by heather. She made it about herself by saying she also has hashimotos and doesn’t get treatment for it (very unprofessional) and asked me almost a dozen times if I’ve been snacking too much. So ignorant! She also mentioned that it sounds like I may have pcos but practically yelled “but that doesn’t cause weight gain” which is interesting because as soon as you look up pcos it lists weight gain as a #1 symptom! Hmm. I cried in the office has she continued to point fingers at my eating habits, accusing me of overeating and overlooking the multiple diagnosis that I have. Showed ZERO sympathy or concern for my worsening symptoms. So incredibly unhelpful and honestly a bully. Will be contacting summit health.

Patient Experiences
Dr. Greenberg clearly does not care for her patient’s experiences at her office. Even if a strict policy enforcement was still required, she could have had the decency or common courtesy to speak to me. A simple “Kelly I am sorry, I understand your frustrations, but Summit Medical Group enforces this on us. Here is your lab work script, please call me reschedule. Are you at least good on your meds, is there anything you need ordered till you can come back in.” ZERO customer care and service.I highly advise against Dr. Greenberg’s office, for the experience and the lack of common customer service. It’s a shame, anyone in need of Endocrinology Care should seek a Doctor who cares about the patient’s experience in their office.

Inconsistent
When I first saw Dr. Greenberg, she was attentive and set a treatment plan. Over the course of a few years, there was inconsistency of care and follow up. She was condescending, brief, did not order the correct labs, and dismissed new symptoms I was having. Turns out, I had a major issue for which I had to be referred back to an endocrinologist. The other doctor was shocked to learn that I already saw an endocrinologist and had already asked Dr. Greenberg about my symptoms. It felt like she had no interest in preventative care, but would rather wait until it became a major problem. What's that saying about an ounce of prevention?

If find Dr Greenberg engaged, competent and friendly. Most importantly, she went over my blood sugar reports from my Dexcom several times over the months, looking to help me fine tune my control. She’s a great doctor.

She did not seem to care much to give in the time or effort. Appeared to be unsure or lost. Possibly, she is just not qualified enough to give a proper diagnosis herself. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, she may just need more experience or an updated education. I would not recommend.

No genuine concern for her patients. If you call Dr.Greenberg with an issue (as I have tried to many times)- you will find her and her team is less than pleased to make time to resolve said issues, they would rather wait 6 months until the next appointment (in some cases, until you’re dead), then when it’s time to pay up again, Dr.Greenberg will offer no real solutions but happily take your money.

Dr. Greenberg is very thorough. She explains everything and takes her time with you. She is also punctual and the lab associated with her at the Summit Medical Group in Morristown is excellent.
