Patient #8 when she started. Went through some hoops of mainly side effects, but she stayed on it till we found what works. I love her as a person & hold her in high respect.

Disappointing Experience with Dr. Heather Bolinge
My recent interactions with Dr. Heather Bollinger and the clinic have left me disappointed and concerned about the level of care provided. When I sought assistance for a pancreas cyst and requested a referral, Dr. Bollinger refused to send the necessary referral, leaving me feeling unsupported during a vulnerable time. Despite explaining the urgency of my situation, Dr. Bollinger declined to provide the essential referral and offered no alternatives or guidance. This lack of responsiveness was distressing. When I needed to update my insulin prescription due to a change in insurance coverage, she flat out refused to make the necessary adjustments. This refusal to assist was not only frustrating but also potentially harmful to my health. As a Type 1 diabetic, timely access to insulin is critical, and I had expected better support from my healthcare provider. Her actions reflect poorly on her professionalism and commitment to patient care. I would not recommend under any cirumstances.

Dr. Heather Bollinger took the time to answer concerns I had about a stress test that I am going to be getting.Explained each step of the procedure from start to finish and how my body may feel during the test. This is how Dr. Bollinger has been from my first day of becoming her patient. She has always answered any questions I have and been honest and straightforward. It’s what keeps me as her patient.

Visiting this office is like going to the DMV. Impersonal staff who are very clinic centered as opposed to patient centered. I wish I had read Dr. Bollinger's reviews before I selected her as my PCP almost three years ago.

I started seeing Dr. Bollinger last year and I literally feel better than I have ever felt in my life. She helped me get a couple of conditions under control by asking questions and listening and taking care of the whole patient and not just a couple symptoms. I feel totally comfortable with her and always feel "cared for" after the friendly, compassionate, and detailed medical care that she and her staff provide. I'm sending my family and friends to her. You should do the same. You won't be sorry. I don't say this about every doctor.

I love Dr. Bollinger. She is knowledgeable and I can trust her to cut the B.S. and get to the heart of the matter. I'm thankful I have not been really ill, but no matter how small OR big my complaint I trust her implicitly.

I've been going to Dr. Bolliinger for 5 years. She always takes time to listen to my concerns and explains what is going on. The only reason I didn't give her a 5 star rating is sometimes the wait time can be long.

She's a very unhappy person. I'd seen her about four times in 2017 and everything was normal. The last time I saw her, she yelled, "What a way to end the evening!" then sat down and glared at me for a long time. I've never experienced anything so disturbing. I got some questions answered and then I quit going to Clay Platte Family Medicine after about 20 years.

Literally leaving this doctors office to get care at the VA. You know they are awful if a veteran would rather go to a VA hospital to get care than to go to Platte Clay Family Medicine. Seriously this place has a lower rating than a Taco Bell. That should tell you how bad this doctor's office is. Long waits and the service by the staff is lacking. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes after your appointment time and then another 30 minutes in the room before you see a care provider. Then if you ar

My daughters and I have been going to Dr. Bollinger for a few years now. She is a great listener, a compassionate doctor and treats us all as persons rather than case-studies. She is competent and yet when she gives her medical opinion, there is no prideful condescension. She is not intimidated by our questions regarding medical approach or alternatives. She honors our preference for conservative treatment as well as our family and faith values.

This has to be the best doctor experience I've ever had. Dr. Bollinger is so amazingly nice and understanding. She got straight to the point as well as taking time to listen to what has been bothering me. She spent time describing everything to me. As a new patient at the Clay Platte Clinic I have to say I was so grateful for finding out about this place. The staff are so friendly! I have already recommended this place and Dr. Bollinger to my friends!

I refuse to see anyone else. She is quite literally a life saver. I gave up most of my specialists and just come to her. I'm better than I've ever been. She's wonderful and everyone should go to her to get fixed up.

This doctor failed to order follow up testing in order to diagnose my condition. When I called to remind her of this testing, she ended up ordering the wrong test. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
