Phenomenal Physician
Dr. Allen is an amazing Radiation Oncologist. I saw her for my cancer. She is the most thorough doctor I have ever been treated by. When we came up with my plan se explained why she was doing what she was doing and explained the research behind it. I could tell her decision was extremely thoughtful. She also had the ability to explain medical issues in a very concise manner and easy for me to understand. Not only is her clinical knowledge second to none, but she has incredible empathy and bedside manner. You can tell that she actually cares. It is rare to have a doctor that is so amazingly knowledgeable and obviously brilliant and at the same time possess so much kindness and empathy. Spartanburg is incredibly lucky to have her on Staff. I would recommend her to ay cancer patient that may need radiation.

Dr. Allen is professional yet personable which is quite an accomplishment. She is always welcoming and takes time to listen and always asks if there are any questions she can answer. She also shows interest in a patient's overall health and shows this by her willingness to make outside referrals. I never felt rushed through my visit and she was very sensitive to my needs.
