As an athlete, I've gotten used to seeing sports medicine doctors who rush through appointments, so I was very pleasantly surprised with Dr. Thornton. He is calm, kind, and caring and, in the 2-3 times that I've seen him, always took the time to explain the situation and answer all of my questions. I got the impression that he's a doctor for all the right reasons; he cares about his patients and truly enjoys helping people.

My daughter has had 2 injuries that Dr. Thornton has worked with her. He is very patient and worked diligently to find the problem and worked carefully until the answer was found. He was so good with her and is very kind.
