Very good!! I was surprised to see the negative reviews of Dr. Bowen. Her staff has always been very courteous, I've never had a problem making appointments. She answers all the questions I ask and gives me a complete analysis after each appointment. I did have one test for thyroid cancer and she called me back quickly. I don't rate any doctor a 5, but she's definitely a strong 4.

Stealing patients insulin they get for free from the patient assistance program and not willing to replace it is bad practice. Especially since they signed for it 6/28 and the patient assistant programs are required to mail it to the doctor with a packing label clearly marked for the patient. She does not have enough staff nor are they organized.

Extremely disorganized office staff -- A fax with confidential information about me (date of birth & thyroid cancer) was sent to my workplace without my authorization. Even though I've consistently arrived at appts. between 5-10 min early, I saw on my medical records that Dr. Bowen-Wright noted that I arrived 14 min late for 1 appt & 1 hr early for another appt!

In my experience, Dr. Bowen-Wright took the time to listen closely to everything I've been feeling for the past several months. I have a rare and vague disease that she was able to recognize right away through thorough conversations and blood work. She documents everything and will review her notes from one meeting to the next, remembering every little symptom. I'm so thankful I found her.

She may be a good doctor, but she is very unresponsive. It took three weeks and three phone calls for me to receive the results of a test. Her comments on the results were perfunctory.

Dr. Hazel is one of the best Endicronogist that you can find. She listens and gives you best options. I did refer her to my colleagues and all of them were satisfied. She is gentle when examining. She shows respect to religious concerns, like she worked with us as we wanted to make sure vitamin ingredients were halal.
