In my opinion, Dr. Pasco is a too detached, definitely follows a pick and choose approach to communications. Never felt heard by her. In my case, she was also very slow to admit deficits in knowledge. On at least one occasion that I know of, somehow agreed upon tests were never ordered at great inconvenience to me. Vague excuses were given. On top of the concierge contract premium, a nutritional/health coach was brought in on my case at an additional charge (although this is a stated membership benefit on the WHP website). I also felt that there was spotty care coordination with this external expert that led to wrong supplements being prescribed and often conflicting instruction. Tried once to take advantage of the teleconferencing benefit of membership, only to find that none of her office staff knew how to line this up so it never happened. Nice person…Just did not see the value in this concierge doctor.

Love Dr. Pasco! Really cares about her patients and isn't so quick to prescribe medication. Knew me and was able to diagnose according to my needs.

I have moved away from the Richmond area but Dr. Pasco is easily the best primary care physician I have ever seen. Rarely do you find such compassion anymore. I just learned she is going to a concierge practice. I wish her continued success and would highly recommend her.

Excellent physician. Really cares. Takes time to understand your concerns. Explains things so easily understood. Treats you as a person not just a patient. Since I moved, drive an hour to her office. Tried others but ended back with Dr Pasco. She's worth the drive. Very prompt with appointments. Never more than 10 min wait time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pasco for over 4 years and our Doctor/ Patient relationship has grown each year. She is very focused on the treatment for "you" based on "your" individual needs. She is through and does a great job of breaking down hard to understand cardiac and other terminology into terms I can understand and more importantly, use to improve my health. Dr. Pasco takes the time and energy to help me keep healthy! Her bedside manner is professional and pro active.

I've been a patient of Dr. Pasco's for at least two years and can't imagine replacing her as my primary care physician. Finding her practice at random, Dr. Pasco's more than just a replacement PCP, she's like family. She has a wonderful personality, very knowledgeable, and shows genuine concern for her patients' welfare. Mentoring aspiring physicians regularly, she appears to have a knack for teaching as well. Dr. Pasco has my trust and loyalty, I'm honored to be her patient!
