Dr Raza insisted on visits 4x's a year to renew a prescription. These telehealth visits consisted of a NP asking "how are you doing?" and nothing else. These visits were not recommended by FDA as Dr. Raza reported.

Dr Raza is great. The staff will cause you headach
It's really a shame. Dr Raza is great. I've followed him to two locations. He's attentive most of the time but his staff leaves a lot to be desired. I've had to go back to have labs redrawn. I've gone of a test and the test was completely skipped and waited another 6 months to get the test only to have them never call me back after getting the results. The staff gets defensive when asked what the problem is. The last call when I asked why I have to keep following up for something I came in for she just said "have a nice day" and that was it. Everything is chore there just to see Dr Raza. He's a great Dr but I don't think it's worth the headache his staff gives me.

Made multiple appointments as a new patient. All appointments were repeatedly cancelled by his office with less than 24 hour notice. First appointment was in November and now it’s March without an appointment. Next available appointment was in late April. OVER 6 MONTHS! I’m a dentist and would never treat my patients that way. I plan out my days off 9 months in advance to avoid these issues. I asked Dr. Raza to call me, and he never did. DON’T accept new patients if you can’t see them. I have medical issues that I have been putting up with and don’t like being put off. John Andreas, DDS
