There are now words to express how grateful I am for Dr. Syed. He saved my baby's life (he was born with hydrocephalus). Dr. Syed is so caring and compassionate. Even at one point when things weren't going like we wanted them to medically, he was so caring and empathetic towards my husband and I. He cares about our baby ... so very much. And we truly love him for all he's done for our son.

Dr. Syed performed cranial reconstruction on our daughter, to correct her craniosynostosis. There are no words to describe how overwhelmed we were initially, to learn that our baby needed such a major surgery. Dr. Syed has been incredibly patient with our endless questions leading up to, and after the surgery. He is so very kind and compassionate. One year later, her head is absolutely beautiful, proving his exceptional talent. At this point he truly feels like family. We are so fortunate he came into our lives and took such great care of our daughter!

I already told friends and family that has spine issues, to go see Dr Syed. He's the only surgeon that listens to me. Thats why I'm blessed to have him as my Dr. He's the only Dr so far that has showed compassion and empathy. Dr Syed has a soothing soul when he speaks. He's not mean and rude. We need more Drs like,Dr Syed.

He completely removed a baseball size Ependymoma from the brain of our 23 mo. old grandson, 1st key to successful further treatment, difficult because of location on the brain stem. He got it all and igrandson is now at St. Jude for proton radiation. Outstanding surgeon! He is the kindest dr. I’ve ever met, clear, honest, answering all questions of many family members, following up after care passed to other docs, even calling the fam at St. Jude’s to see how they are.
