Dr. Harvey Schwartz, MD

The last time I was seen by Dr. Schwartz was 09/02/2022. However, I have been a patient of Dr. Schwartz for many years. Throughout the years we have enjoyed a great patient/doctor relationship. He is consistent in that he has always shown caring and concern for my well being as his patient. He always takes the time to explain issues to me concerning my ongoing treatments. I will truly miss him when he retires. He is an excellent physician and I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

EXCELLENT!!!!! Dr. Schwartz is so caring & explains my conditions so I can understand. He follow ups & that as a patient makes me feel so happy & comfortable knowing that this Dr. really CARES about me. My neurologist for life!!!

This was a very frustrating experience, I was a new patient and Dr. Schwartz explained everything that was going to be done during the EEG and I waited a long time for both of my appointments patiently. The day of my EEG the nurse technician was braking rules of HIPPA during my test by speaking about other patients information in front of me on the phone, had a computer screen with everyone's information on it, during my test. She had an attitude, she never explained what she was going to do, nor did she say when she was going to start the EEG and she did not do anything the Doctor had explained; it was a waste of my time. The office is very disorganized and I spoke with a manager who said would call me back rescheduling my appointment to a sooner date and never did. I had to cancel my last appointment for my results which was going to be via zoom because the doctor was unavailable and last minute they told me they needed another referral after I've been waiting for two months for this

In office service was fine, but once you leave you are literally on your own. Been trying to get any one on the phone for weeks without success. It's just horrible. When you call their number which is 954 981 3850 you will never be able to get an actual person on the phone at all. Try it for yourself. Just an eternal auto loop answering service.

I think Dr. Schwartz is excellent. Honest and caring, has a wonderful bedside manner. Told me everything and answered any questions I had. I trust him and believe me you have to hunt for that. Thank you ! His staff was very good also.

The Scheduling Lady was rude and condescending. She wouldn't let me schedule an appointment, because another office had already had me on their schedule. I will never go back to this facility.
