How rude him and his staff were to me and others. My hand is permanently damaged.

Dr. Mirly is the only orthopedic hand surgeon I will go see for any kind of a hand problem. I had R Thumb arthroplasty in May 2013, it was a great success, he is very honest and tells you what options you have in each specific case and leaves the decision up to you, he even came to visit me in Physical therapy after my thumb surgery checking on how I was doing. In March of 2018 I was in so much pain when I went to his office at 12:30p with an electricity feeling in my R hand, he knew right away I needed some immediate attention, I was in Memorial Hospital at 2 pm, he did carpal tunnel surgery on me at 4pm (after his office hours) he was not planning on staying after work but knowing the pain I was in he took time to help me. He is exceptionally knowledgeable with a very pleasant personality. He now gives me cortisone injections in my left thumb and my next step (when the pain gets too bad) I will be back in his office and prepare for a Left thumb arthroplasty. ***** Five Stars!

Dr. Mirly is the only orthopedic hand surgeon I will go to see if I have a hand problem. He is very genuine and will tell you like it is, he does not do surgery if he thinks it's not needed.

I had Left Thumb Arthroplasy with Ligament Reconstruction performed by him in January, 2016. He didn't indicate any date for my return to work, just said "when I felt like it". I returned to work 3 months after surgery even though I still had some pain and mobility issues. I assumed this was normal as he did not indicate I should remain off longer. At follow up visit for increased pain, he said "it looks okay and you're just getting old". Corrective surgery was recommended by new surgeon.

Very knowledgeable about what he is doing and what needs to be done to help you with your problem. Outstanding manners with his patients and extremely a very caring physician. He is the BEST physician I have ever had. Yes I would highly recommend him. Extremely knowledgeable and pleasant personality.

Dr. Mirly did carpal tunnel surgery on both my wrists durine 2015. I said from the moment the anesthetic wore off that even if they never felt any better than they did at that moment, they already were better than prior to the surgery. Dr. Mirly tells you exactly what to do, what to expect, & what NOT to expect. I found him 100% on the mark. He is straight forward, humorous, & honest. Had I known that this experience would be as smooth as it was, I would have had the surgery much sooner.
