Dr Guttman has been my “ Go to Doc “ for Gastrointestinal problems since 1999. He is the Best and always caring . Dr Guttman is an example of the very best in the Health Care , bar none. I will miss his kindness and thoughtfulness. Wishing him the very best in his future endeavors.

My wife and I are patients of Dr. Guttmann as is a friend of ours who recommended him to us. He is the best!! Kind and considerate of his patients. Totally professional and never rushes a patient. We were all sad to hear of his impending retirement, though he said that he may still be performing some gastro procedures. We all wish him the best of everything. A great doctor and great man.

Dr. Guttmann has been my Gastrointestinal Doctor for over fifteen years. He is an excellent doctor and has helped me resolve several medical problems that I have had. He is the very best: kind, understanding and very knowledgable. I will miss him very much and wish him the very best in his upcoming retirement.

As I returned home up north from Florida I found a letter in the mail saying that Dr. Harvey Guttmann was retiring this summer after 34 years in practice. I wasn't shocked by the letter since he had given me a heads-up a few months ago that he was mulling it over. As much as I am so happy for him after all his years doing what he loves, selfishly I am sad to see one of the best docs ever to no longer be there to turn to. As far as a gastro doc goes there is nobody better........by far !!! Always smiling, friendly, never rushed thru an appointment and helped me tremendously throughout some tough times. I will always be grateful to him for not only his medical skills but his effort to insure I was comfortable in the office and beyond. I will make sure I get in to see him before he retires and look for his advice on whom to see after he has happily retired. I only wish him the best of health and happiness forever spending time with his family and friends !!!

Dr. Guttmann is the very best! I had been to many doctors prior to seeing him and he diagnosed my problem and I was better in 2 weeks. He is very kind, funny and thorough. I have recommended him to other people who have been suffering with gastro problems for years and he has also helped them.

Dr. Guttman took off his mask during his appointment with my elderly grandmother, despite the fact that he is at an increased risk for spreading COVID-19. He did not ask her permission, and she was too intimidated to tell him to put it back on because she is from a generation that is deferential to doctors and other persons in similar positions. Very disappointing behavior from a healthcare provider who undoubtedly knows the risks, not to mention a violation of the masking rules in the Commonwealth right now.

I’ve had one office visit and several telemedicine visits with Dr. Guttmann. He is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and a great listener. Dr. Guttmann has been a tremendous help to me and my family. He is well worth the wait for an appointment.
