First and foremost upon meeting doctor Otieno I felt as though I had known him for a long time. That is, he is very personable and directs all his attention towards the patient. On a clinical level. He was extremely thorough and thought a lot before suggesting and then ordering a few test. First impression has been very favorable.

Great cardiologist
