Dr. Smith is very caring, yet professional and very knowledgeable. Also, every staff member from admission to the office nurse to the infusion nurses have been extremely nice. A very competent, well run office.

Dr. Smith is a wonderful doctor, but today I found out he is with Baptist Hospital, I told Dr. Smith that I would have to find another doctor. Because now you not only pay your co pay, you have to pay for the fee that Baptist Hospital is charging. This is because the Hospital is paying for the building and the employee salaries. My co pay is usually $50.00, but today it was my co pay plus $53.00, plus my insurance covered $266.00. I was really disapointed, PATIENTS mean nothing anymore.

Dr. Smith is nothing but a glorfied tester...we went to him from 10/2014 to 5/2015....not one time was Dr. Smith able to provide a diagnosis even though he did numerous tests, scans, biopsies. Now as of 12/31/15 he has stage 4 lung cancer that has spread to his spine, his ribs, his liver possibly kidneys etc. Had Dr. Smith done a better job of taking care of my husband, we may not be in the situation we are now. I would not recommend him to take care of my dog, let alone another patient.
