Rude and dismissive
Dr Harry Rosenthal is a rude and judgmental doctor who was unkind to all the minorities in my family. He never listened to us and disregarded my son’s pain. Both my wife and I asked Dr. Harry Rosenthal questions, but he refused to hear all of our son’s symptoms, such as high fever for several days, lethargic, rash, no appetite, vomiting, pain in lower back and stomach, and pain with urination. Not only did Dr H Rosenthal refuse to answer questions, he was unkind, rude, and hostile. We were dismissed by a hand gesture. He acted like he was superior to others. We left Dr Rosenthal’s office and went to a different pediatrician who identified my son had a terrible bladder infection that was impacting his kidneys. Dr Rosenthal never requested a urine test or any blood work, but the second pediatrician performed both tests. Dr Harry Rosenthal knew my son listed all the criteria for bladder infection that spread to his kidneys, but he failed to provide treatment. He’s a bad doctor!

Dr. Harry was my pediatrician when I was young and is now the pediatrician for my children. He is wonderful - very knowledgeable and takes his time during visits so you don't feel rushed. He answers any questions you have and is always so friendly. He relates really well with kids and makes them feel comfortable. He is the best!
