Thankful for Dr Gordon and his staff that has continuously helped me with medical conditions that he truly understands the effects and complexity of what they are. Thank you Dr Gordon and staff.

Dr. Gordon is an outstanding doctor and his staff appear to be very friendly. He also have a wonderful nurse practitioner. She too is one of the top outstanding nurse practitioner.

On 10/28/19 I was asked to pay $175 ($120 office/$55 EKG) for a pre-op appointment. My insurance card stated $20 office visit but I had to pay on the spot or else I couldn't get my authorization for my surgery. For 3 months, I made numerous calls to my insurance company and dr. office to resubmit claim forms containing wrong diagnosis code. I left messages with dr. office on 2/18, 2/25, 3/3 to ask for a refund and was told my refund will be issued on 3/10/20. Still have not received a credit so I left messages on 3/19, 4/6, 4/17, 4/30 and Billing dept never returned my call. I called today 5/22/20 and was told the lady in Billing has left the Dr. office and the new Administration will need to forward my case to the same lady that left. It has been 6 months and I still can't get my money back. Customer Service is HORRIBLE. This is the 2nd time I've had billing issues with this office. I will look for another primary physician office.

As a GP not bad but his office staff could be a lot better. There holding him back. Called and never got answer. Drove to location nobody at front desk, lights off in waiting room? Called to the back no answer. Called office from lobby NO answer? Found out Dr. Gordon has changed his hrs in office. Def looking at a different GP

Went to have a physical checkup. Doctor promised me to send me a report but he never did (My lab results did have a few out-or-range numbers requiring Doctor's attention).

Doctor is good, but staff is way over their head. Very slow, but that could be due to only one employee. Always takes 2 weeks to get a call back and renewing a prescription is almost impossible without multiple calls. Staff does not let doctor hear any of the patient messages because most are complaining about the staff.

I have been patient of Dr. Gordon for many years. He never has good office staff. My last visit was 8/8/16 for the follow up appointment. Then I need him to fill out FMLA form. One week went by, No one call me to pick it up. I stopped by, the receptionist said he will not fill out the form unless I pay $30.00 . So I paid $30.00 . I still have no form, I called yesterday, left message no one call me back. I called again today, 3 times, no one answer. What's going on?????

I have been a patient of Doctor Gordon for many years and have always been happy with him. In today's visit I didn't recognize the front desk staff, I guess some of the ladies have moved on, still they were very courteous. On the other hand nurse Kathy (lucky me) was not pleasant to be around at all, in fact she just seemed upset or mad. Next visit I wont have her near me and if she is the only one available I'll just have to find another Doctor. Not a professional person at all, very rude.

Dr. Gordon is nice but office manager is crazy !!!! wouldn't recommend you use them ..

Dr. Gordon runs a small patient-centered practice. I was feeling anxious about test results and expressed my anxiety to his office personnel. Dr. Gordon took the time to call me at 8:45 p.m. To personally share my results and reduce my anxiety as he was expected out of the office the following day! This is the level of attention that every patient should receive in every practice!
