I ADORE THIS MAN AND HAVE BEEN A PATIENT
HE CARES!!!! MOST 'DOCTORS' DO NOT. I WAS HIS PATIENT ON COVE PKWY. AND YAVAPAI CO. HEALTH. I NEED HIM. HAVE NOT LEFT THE HOUSE FOR 6 YEARS DUE TO AN ACCIDENT! CANNOT DRIVE. I THINK ONLY HE CAN HELP ME. THE ER HERE SUCKS - I WAS TOLD TO TAKE A VITAMIN. HE IS NOW BACK IN COTTONWOOD, AZ - MUST FIND A WAY TO GET TO HIM. FROM: PAT COOMER, FORMER PATIENT WHO COULD NOT DRIVE TO DEWEY, AZ!!! KEEP HIM!! HE IS WONDERFUL. I NEED HELP!! I HAVE MEDICARE AND UNITED HEALTHCARE.

Optima Medical Center
I saw Dr. Gale in Cottonwood at Optima Medical Center. He was very personable and seemed knowledgeable although I found his staff impatient.

I find that UHCSystem had you as my primary care physician. I have never been to your office, so I would like to start. I have been with the VA system since 2009, and my last visit to Dr. Singer was July 2019, and in 7/2020 he set me back to 2021. I need to start real service. I have had UHCSystem since 2004. My membership # 831652705-00, Plan # 911-87726-04. I need meds: LOSARTAN 50MG TAB, Latanoprost Opthamalitc solution, and recomendations about my apnea. At your convenience- Thanks, MJV 9289250277.

Ugh. Most expensive primary care visit I've ever had. All I needed was my asthma prescriptions renewed, and he couldn't even get that right. Not what you would call a personable guy, and he kept calling me ma'am. I have a name, please use it.

Born and raised primarily in small town America, I have always gravitated to smaller towns in rural areas and have referred him over larger metropolitan areas..  I find that the patient's are much more easy to communicate with and down to earth.
