Dr. Harry Burns III, MD

Called on June 2, 2021 and was told that although there is an opening in the schedule tomorrow, Dr. Burns will not see any new patients for the next several weeks. I explained that I have a toe infection that requires urgent attention. I also explained that my wife and children use Dr. Burns (under my insurance no less) so I'm not actually a "new" patient. Zero regard or flexibility was shown. They refused to see me and insisted that no new patients are welcome at this time. None of us will be back.

Dr. Burns is very attentive and thorough with exams. He has genuine concerns for his patients and patient's family. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients gets the appropriate treatment. Dr. Burns is also known to have visited his patients in local hospitals to hold their hand and reassure that he is there when needed. He is the only physician I know that would take his personal time to do this. We are very grateful for his kindness and professionalism always. His staff is as professional and kind as he is. 5 stars !

Dr.Burns is an amazing physician. He had even answered my midnight and early morning calls. The only problem is with his front office employees. They are very rude and not flexible with appointment timings. I changed to another pediatrician for my son due to their rude response when I wanted to talk to doctor regarding my son’s allergy issues. Again it’s not because of the doctor, it’s the front desk employees. I even continue with him as I find he is great.
