Dr Harriet Foster is one of the greatest physician that I have ever known. She is caring, kind, focused on the patients needs, and has an acumen on her job performance. Her prodigious style is in a class of its own. I love Dr Foster to the “utmost!”

She WAS my doctor for 15 years. She WAS the best doctor I ever had. ???? I was scheduled for an appointment with her on Aug 6, 2018 at the Richmond VA hospital, I received a call that "She is no longer with us." Where di she go? Where ever she is...If you are fortunate enough to get her...listen to her.
