A very Special practice
I am a new patient that was not only very impressed with Dr. Jai Grewal at my first visit as his recommendations were so comprehensive that my comfort zone was at a very high level. Then let me talk about the outstanding support that I received from his staff including Betsy as I had a very important issue and even though Dr. Grewal was on vacation the office staff contacted him and gave him a chance to respond to me instead of waiting a week until he returned. To my amazement Dr. Grewal went out of his way to be there for me and even wrote a letter that I needed while on vacation which to say the least was so appreciated and confirmed to me that I was very lucky to be a patient of his.
