Very disappointing. First visit had to reschedule because of a very long delay. I can not see to drive after dark . The next day he had me go for MRI. After three week of waiting went back and was ushered back to a back room that was cramped and unkept. Trash going half the way up one wall . The trash guy just left while I was in the waiting room. I could hardly understand the tech that did some kind of shock test on me. Have no idea of what it was for. After she finished she said Dr. would be there in a few minutes unless he was with a patient. I waited for sometime and he showed up and said he was going to do some test with needles. Don't know what that was for. After he finished he left and tech came in and said Go to the front. Still no explanation from the Doctor. While scheduling the next visit which was going to be another tree weeks away, I told her that I didn't find results from the MRI. Which she said. If it had been bad someone would have called you.

We were referred here by my husband’s PCP. My husband needed an MRI of the brain and neck but this requires prior authorization. We received a denial letter from insurance which gave specific examples of when an MRI of the brain and neck would be medically necessary. The examples listed included symptoms my husband was experiencing which we informed the doctor and his staff of on our visit. We were then advised the doctor would do a peer to peer to have the denial overturned...this never happened. So not only was the original request for authorization not done properly, but the peer to peer was also never completed. I called the doctor’s office to inquire and was advised this would be researched and someone would call me back. No one ever did. We did however receive a bill in the mail for services that led to absolutely no where. I’m highly disappointed. As a patient you should not have to follow-up on authorizations and denials. We will not be going back.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Paul Gil for over 8 years now and we love him ! He has always taken time to explain any and all treatments, tests, etc. He is very courteous and understanding. We would not change him for anything.

Dr Gill seems fine I’ve only see him a few times. The prices are way to high. With insurance it’s 500$ without it’s only 100$ a visit. Go figure. If you want to speak to some one you have to call 100+ times and hope the answering service that is always on delivers the message. Only to get a call back at closing time. They don’t understand the word emergency....

Getting any kind of information in regards to prognosis and diagnosis was difficult from Dr. Gill, he seemed either bored or bothered or maybe even both at my inquiries. He answered questions curtly and it seemed like he couldn't wait to move on to his next task. Very poor bedside manner for a physician and he didn't seem to care. Making an appointment was not easy either and his office staff seemed not to care. My followup appointment was cancelled and the office never even notified me.

Dr. Gill is probably an excellent clinician; however he and his staff are horrible at communication. Phone calls are not returned; you have have to call repeatedly to get results of tests and getting information from Dr. Gill is like pulling teeth. He is willing to answer questions, but only if you know what to ask. He does not explain your diagnosis and treatment plan. Every time I saw him, I felt like I was an imposition to him and that he was bored or found my condition uninteresting.
