Needs to Retire
Extremely rude office staff and medical assistant. They’re booked way out. Rushed and doesn’t seem to care. Refusing to bill my medical insurance for my diabetes eye exam. I was sad Dr. Schick didn’t choose to be kind and caring like Dr. Weed was, who retired.

Disappointed – Feb 15, 2023
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Schick?
Today is December 14, 2021. After my eye exam last year involving dilation Dr. Harold Schick’s office failed to provide a plastic sunglass cover to shield my eyes from dangerous Sunlight UV rays. Blinded, I had to cover my eyes with my hands to reach my car and wait an hour so my eyes could handle the sunlight and see again to drive. Additionally, his office is booked 9 months out. Next available appointment is August 2022! Never going back to his office.

I was disappointed with my appointment with Dr Schick. I waited 3 months to actually get an appointment with him. I felt like he was rushed, especially during the exam....must have been the over booking of customers. He seemed to lose patience during the question and answer part of the examination.

My son was 4 years old at the time and failed two eye test with his doctor. It was clear my son needed glasses. When we went to see Dr. Schick we were told he is to young, and his vision was fine. A year and a half later my son fails another eye test and o took him to another eye doctor and what a difference! Even just with the testing! The doctor opens up his folder and all he says is whoaa to my sons poor vision test! I am very disappointed my son was misdiagnosed for a whole year and a half!!
