Dr. Leeper has taken care of my eyes since 2006 and is a very caring and concerned doctor. I suffer from severe Type 1 Diabetes and almost went blind in 1990. Dr. Leeper keeps my retinopathy in check. He is the best in the Upper Ohio Valley.

My elderly mother had to wait over 2 1/2 hrs for her recent visit. They must over schedule. Poor customer concerns. I felt like the dr didn’t care. Very unnerving. Will never recommend this dr.

I think 2 hours out my life several times a year is worth preventing me from going blind. He does everything he can in one day, which saves us some trips. So "waiting" to save my eyes is worth it to me. Not sure why people are will wait for 30min to an hour for a restaurant table, but complain about time waiting to save their vision.???

Dr. Leeper is a fantastic doctor. He's genuinely cares about your eyes and vision. He has kept me from the brink of blindness (due to diabetic retinopathy) twice now. He tells you how it is and doesn't baby you. The whole entire office is full of wonderful people, who actually remember you and are interested in you as a person. Definitely one of my favorite offices to visit!
