While personable, Dr. Sarao does not listen to the patient. It is obvious her decision as to what to prescribe was made without regard to what I had to say. She proscribed an antibiotic that I had explained did not work for me in the past for this same type of problem. So, one week later, I had to return to the Immediate Care Center for yet another type of antibiotic. If you want to see a doctor that actually listens to what you, the patient have to say, do not see Dr. Sarao.

This Dr. is a ripoff. All she wants is money. She want people to be on there last leg before she will do anything about it. My sinus infection will not go away in a couple of days. Thanks for wasting my time and money!
