No option for zero stars
My Daughter’s experience with Dr. Cheng was not a pleasant one. He discounted all the other doctors that she has been to. Told her she didn’t have what numerous doctors have told her over the years. He told her she was faking her illness. And told psych students that she was faking as well. She has had a seizure disorder since the age of 4, said she was faking that as well, and smirked when she had one. The neurologist at the hospital said she does have a seizure disorder. When asked what mental illness she did have, he didn’t have an answer. And wouldn’t get specific treatments that she had been given outpatient. He also wouldn’t let her switch doctors. I don’t trust this doctor who has only been practicing since 2017 over the one who have had more experience than him. He totally gaslit her.
