Our meeting wasn't rush and all my questions were answered

Dr. Fouad is my favorite doctor ever, and I'm 71 years old.

Dr. Fouad provided competent, compassionate care to both my parents in their final years. He's really quite extraordinary.

Hany Fouad, MD, is a great source for directing patients to other doctors they may need to see for health problems that may be happening to them. He also helps connect patients to places if they need special testing for health problems. He does focus on his patients when they are with him. Many elders feel minimized by treatments that are no longer offered, or actually lied about as one is slotted into the box of old age. With the “wellness exam” cognitive test—seniors are treated like children, and they are told that this test has to be done. It does not, and this information is online. Another heartbreaking deception during this “wellness exam” is also asking how many years a patient has been married. Heartbreaking because this is not out of any interest in the patient but just another “test” of memory. So, “dignity” should not be a word used by doctors. We should have a choice of all health screening options, NOT forced. from M.L. not K.L.

Called the office on a Wednesday. Told them I was having shortness of breath and chest tightness with fever chills and aches. Refused to let me come in to be seen. Was told they would do a zoom meeting. At the meeting I once again explained my symptoms and the dr advised I should get a chest xray and I would be called when it was approved. Was told if my symptoms continued to call back on Tuesday. Called Tuesday morning when the office opened. My chest xray was never sent for approval with my insurance company. Was told to call back at 2p and check the status and they were going to leave an “urgent message” for the dr. Called at 2p and my chest xray was then submitted for insurance. Still heard nothing back from the dr regarding my urgent message. My wife, finally having enough of this office, took me to the emergency room where they found I had pneumonia. Which could’ve been addressed and antibiotics started much sooner. Pure patient neglect.

I only use the Diignity services because of the service provided by Dr. Fouad!!!

The doctor was very helpful and patient with me. I felt he heard my concerns and easily explained what he was going to do for me.

Dr Fouad is always very pleasant and professional. He is very thorough in his explanations of all issues being discussed and reviewed. . I always feel well taken care of weather in person or by via zoom.

Dr. Fouad is very attentive to my concerns. He brought up suggestions that I had not thought about.

Honestly, my first appointment was very strange and bad. He spoke in a gentle and nice tone of voice, but didn't provide any sound medical advice or next steps for the many symptoms I experience with chronic illness (I'm 34). Despite not knowing anything about me or my outlook on life, he continuously talked down to me about people who had it worse than me and still put a smile on their face: specifically blind people, special needs, & kids who have cancer. I happen to be a very happy, positive person so not sure where this came from. I have weakness in my arms and legs, dysautonomia, and a lot of joint pain. I want to be able to walk up the stairs and lift my arms to scratch my son's back. He didn't offer any help but suggested that I volunteer at a children's hospital and that yoga would fix everythin. I have a condition that makes me incredibly dizzy (nearly passing out) when I bend down and up. I explained this to him and he said '80-year-olds can do yoga, don't tell me you can't.'

Dr Fouad provides the Gold Standard of Family Medicine. I love how he uses his analogies and cliche and ties it into medicine.
