Great Doctor that has always listened
I have been with this office for years and Dr. Abskhroun has always listened to what I say and then explained his diagnosis in terms I can understand. He has always worked around my schedule and scheduled me in immediately on short notice whenever I needed it. Him and his staff has always been so friendly, kind and caring that they almost feel like family. On several occasions when I was out of town and needed help he had me on video with telehealth within 15 minutes. I would recommend Dr. Abskhroun to anybody. In fact, the only problem I have ever had was trying to remember how to spell his name.

Amazing Doctor
Dr. Abskhroun is absolutely good and amazing doctor. I've been going here since 2013 and never change a primary doctor. He always answer my questions and help me with my health problem. The staff also are very friendly and accomodating.

5/7/21 I gave Dr. Abskhroun a 3 star rating because I found him to be average. My first visit as a new patient I saw an intern from Oak Hill. He popped his head in the door as I was leaving. No way to welcome a new patient to his practice. I found Dr. Abskhroun to be somewhat aloof and lacking in the area of bedside manner. In my opinion he didn't seem like he was interested in spending time with me or really listening. He seems to be a "referral" doctor more than a problem solver. I'm sure he's competent but I was looking for a PCP who made me feel like "his patient" and not just "another patient." His staff totally botched a refill I needed and when I called I got the machine/left a message/and they never called back. I've since switched to another PCP.

Frustrating. Takes forever to do ANYTHING IF AT ALL. I’ve been waiting for authorization for an MRI for a month now. Worst staff on earth. Has a superiority complex. Does not listen. Very cold and impersonal. Will refer you to someone who doesn’t take your insurance. If you’re thinking about using him, don’t do it. If you are involved in your health care, are not a sheep, do yourself a favor and keep looking. He does not care about you.

No. Seen Dr. once Dec 2020, F/U appt Feb. The office resched. me at least 3 times. I did twice THEY said. I explained we are on retired on limited income, after he ordered numerous labs and xray. I had to r/s again because of not being able to get tests done, and didn't see any sense in paying for a visit. I was told "there may a problem". I was afraid to r/s but had no choice, so I cancelled and said, I will call back. My hubby also sees him. Within 1 day, my pharmacy called, said they cancelled my prescriptions, that are necessary to BREATH, and if I have a problem to call the office, which I did. Talked to 1 gal that knew nothing, Transferred me to another, I left a message, 3 days still no call bk. To me this is Highly Unethical, and against the Doctors Oath! No compassion at all!! I worked in medical over 30 yrs, Never have I heard of such a practice, and no Warning! What kind of Dr. allows this?

Wonderful physician! He takes time with, and listens to his patients. He is thorough, and easy to converse with. His office staff is courteous, polite and makes it easy to schedule appointments. And, his office waiting time is usually only 10-15 minutes.

We are giving this doctor 1 star mainly due to his staff. A doctor's staff is every bit as important as him/herself. Devon and Brandi at this doctor's office are the RUDEST and most CONDESCENDING girls to ever grace a physicians office. Having worked in medical offices my entire life, I can tell you NO doctor I have ever worked for would EVER allow us to speak to a patient that way nor would we have ever wanted to! Devon hung up on me strictly because I asked for my records. And Brandi told me how unfriendly I was. I have more friends than she could ever think about. I am certain about that. I did speak to the doctor about his staff and he said he will speak to them, but just in case, I feel this is an excellent way to get the word out. There is NO way his staff should EVER hang up on a patient. Both girls, DEVON AND BRANDI seemed to not be very happy in their job. Geez, I miss Marilyn! All good things must come to an end. And now look what Dr. Abskhroun is 'stuck' with.

I’ve known Dr. Abskhroun professionally for 8 years and he’s been the primary physician for me and my mother nearly the same amount of time. I can only say that I’ve had nothing but the best of care during this time and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer friends or family to his practice. He & the staff are professional and courteous.
