Dr Russell has been my primary care physician for well over 10 years. He has a great bedside manner and is genuinely familiar with and interested in my health, activities/lifestyle and general well being. Visits are relaxed, never rushed and he takes time to address all of my healthcare needs and questions. When necessary he has provided me with timely referrals and tests where appropriate. I feel lucky to live in Bend where specialists and facilities are top notch and where I have a great primary care physician like Dr Russell.

Look no further for a terrific Dr!! Ive been a patient of Dr Hanns Russell for many years and have enjoyed and been extremely satisfied with every single visit. His expertise is always helpful, his personality is simply wonderful and he was easy to connect with from the onset. Really a great person.

Went to him my first visit, was having really bad back pain. Never had back pain before. He did not even examine me or ask if I had symptoms. He looked at me said go to the gym and do workouts your back won't hurt. Left the room that was it. Billed me 284 dollars. I'm fit , do cardio 4 times a week, not overweight nothing.. Guess what? 2 days later I was in the ER with kidney stones, the source of my pain. Had to have a procedure done. This doctor doesn't listen or care. His answer was "go to the gym" I fear he's going to tell another patient this and they have something bad wrong with them. Horrible doctor.
