Mean, condescending and unprofessional
Horrible provider. I don’t know why this man is so angry. He was so condescending, rude, and dismissive. Blames the patient for what he says is an incorrect diagnosis. My diagnosis has since been corroborated by 3 other physicians. Made no effort to investigate further and offered no other cause other than it’s all in my head. Since my visit, I have found 5 others in our disease community who have had similar experiences with this man. Do not go to him.

Horrible experience with this provider.
My appointment with this provider was terrible. I wish that I had read the reviews for this provider, especially by women. I would have definitely cancelled the appointment. Uncaring, arrogant, dismissive, biased, mean, inaccurate. Easily the worst medical provider I have had the misfortune of encountering.

Strongly recommend AGAINST
He is has no bedside manner. He is narcissistic, machismo and belittling to women. He is dismissive and lacks compassion to investigate the root cause of symptoms.

He did an EMG on my arm and had very little to no pain with it. Unlike my legs (done at a different practice with a different Dr) which felt like torture! He's definitely the one to go to if you need an EMG! I ask allot of questions and he was patient with me and answered them. :-) This was my only visit with him but I would definitely go back.

I've been incredibly impressed with Dr. Kushlaf, I've suffered for about 30years with an undiagnosed muscle disease. Dr. Kushlaf was the only one who was able to diagnose the problem. After years of ER visits and suffering with the symptoms daily, I'm finally getting some relief. In spite of it being incurable, with Dr. Kushlaf's help I now know how to try to keep my symptoms in check. Having a DIAGNOSIS, after suffering for so many years without knowing why ... Is AMAZING!

Doctor Kushlaf has helped me overcome my neuropathy, and I am grateful. Prior to his work in Cincinnati, I was under the care of doctors at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. Doctor Kushlaf previously practiced there, knew my doctors there, and is providing the same level of excellent care. He has been great.

I liked Hani. I did not feel he was rude at all. You have to understand with doctors of different cultures than us, they present things in a different way which may seem rude but its not. Its just the way they were raised. He was very thorough in my examination. I had nerved damage in my arm from a spinal epidural. My only complaint was that he had a resident with him and the whole thing was over two hours, because first the resident examined me, then I had to wait for Hani. Then both

This was a first time visit and will NOT return. His attitude was demeaning, he was cold and without compassion. He offered no guidance or direction. He questioned in a mocking tone why I was using a cane and walker. I told him and without looking into my family history and asking questions about my symptoms, he mumbled aha, I see, and easily slipped into playing psychologist.

This doctor has NO manners!! He was RUDE!! Just because someone is overweight does not give you the right to call them FAT and LAZY. Especially since we just met for the first time. Will Definitely not be coming back!!!!
