Dr. Mai is outstanding. She listens and tries to accommodate what the request is, such as medication schedule change. She truly cares about her patients. You leave her visit feeling better than when you came in by her caring demeanor.

I loved that Dr.Mai took the time to read my chart, then discussed you treatment plan suggestions step by step with my pathology report. She would say see this here this needs this or doesn't need that and so on. She didn't talk down to me, she was very compassionate and respectful.
