I do not Recommend her at all
She is very unprofessional, doesn’t do correct follow ups and doesn’t follow up on lab work or Radiology studies. Seems lost on important information that has to do with her patients, gives mediocre care and excuses when she doesn’t do her job and even if you have a set scheduled appointment she always calls you half and hour later. Seeing her is a complete waste of time.

I really enjoyed having her as my PCP. She really listened to all of my concerns and gave insight for each. She seemed to know a little bit about everything.

It saddens me to see such low ratings for Dr Polotsky. She is the first KP physician who has actually listened to me and made me feel heard. I have been a Know member for 11 years. I had grown so frustrated feeling like I didn’t fit in their “box.” She listened, shared and explained our next steps. I liked her directness and honesty. I don’t like Docs who just like to hear themselves talk. She was refreshing.
