Horrible bed side manner, rude
Rude, gaslighty, and condescending are the best way to describe my experience with her. Tried to tell me hemorrhoids weren't related to distended blood vessels (srsly?) and all she could do was cut them all out or send me home with lidocaine when I could barely stand or sit and am terrified to eat anything. Never mentioned banding, scheduling something for the future, etc. This was obviously done to save herself time, as my NP had made an on-call contact to her. I Left the office due to the condescension and it left such a bad taste in my mouth I am now considering going to the competing hospital system instead. As a medicaid patient, it's also horrifying to learn shes attributed in a medical journal article from 2023 titled 'Medicare Reimbursement in Colorectal Surgery: A Growing Problem'. Treatment makes a lot more sense now.
