I would give zero stars if I could
A doctor is only as strong as their support staff and this office is not run with any competency. Twice, I prepped for procedures and twice they canceled on me at the last minute for one office mistake or lack of communication on their part. Both times I went through my prep for a colonoscopy, and both times I was left waiting and being canceled. This is inexcusable! No patient should ever have to go through this experience and be told that there was an office mix-up or glitch in the communication on the part of the medical team!I have worked in-depth with medical teams personally and as a patient and this Doctor has no quality support. I feel sorry that this represents our medical staffing here in Calvert. I will never go back and suggest that you find a team that is not connected to Calvert Hospital.
