Dr. Halina White, MD

She knows her stuff. When you ask a question, she explains things well. She looks at the whole picture, the patient's entire story, which I find important. Her office staff is very helpful and considerate.

I have been seeing Dr. White for several years for my Vestibular Migraine condition. Her care has been amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Highly recommend!

Dr. White is a careful, observant clinician who understands that my symptoms of a slight problem with balance and some lightheadedness are signs of advanced age, not pathology. She encouraged my lifestyle which includes a good amount of walking, and choices, and reminded me to hydrate. She is involved and personable.

Dr. White is extremely helpful in explaining my condition, treatment, and test results. She is also extraordinarily helpful in advising me on concrete steps that I should take relating to an issue in addition to the primary issue for which she has been treating me and conscientious about ordering a test for a longtime issue that had not required treatment but needs to be watched.

She is well informed and able to explain in plain language. Also exceptionally positive on interaction and punctual. I have problems with the Weill- Cornell. Mychart because it does not include my other practitioners who are not on faculty. Also chart Carries old lab results and I must assemble test results Maybe it is OK for inpatient care but not for healthy ambulatory patient who visits multiple specialists. I dread having to deal without input from all my providers. And better retrieval of results from past and concurrent care. I would not give a good grade for continuity of care and comorbidities. Information system design seems quite outdated for major metropolitan area such as NYCHope this feed-back is helpful going beyond simple ratings of doctor visit in isolation from complexities of actual “ecosystems”. try to include more comprehensive scope of medical and social dimensions of patient realities. Also poor coordination between direct and virtual visits.

In my opinion, Dr. White represents the gold standard of medical practice, both in terms of expertise and approach--she brings her considerable intelligence, medical knowledge, innate warmth and humanity to bear on every visit. She has been of incalculable help in dealing with my neuropathy as well as other related issues.
