This practice is excellent, my husband and I see Dr. Halim Charbel in digestive care.He is extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and takes his time to explain everything in detail, he really cares about his patients,and it's easy to talk to him. Thank you Doctor!My parents see Dr. Crystal, an absolutely excellent ,caring, and great listener, she well-informs her patients and takes time to explain the details of my mother's treatment. Dr. Crystal definitely helped my mother feel much better, we are very grateful. My experience with this practice has been great. The staff are helpful. The doctor and the nurse practitioner were smart. They figured out my problem and made me feel better. Can't thank them enough.

I had a consult with him for a weight loss procedure online. He said, if I want to do it call to make an appointment. I was told I need to speak to his nutritionist first and I did. I called after that to make the appointment and left at least 10 messages with No Return Calls. Just the other day I get an email saying they are not going to do the procedure until I show proof I have gone through a Medical Weight Loss program for 6 months. Even though we talked about this during the consult, I did not want it and told him why. That did not seem to be an issue but now he is making it one and even more. He has not stated any medical reasons not to do it and if he does now, I know they would be made up and false. I would not wast your time even calling and find one who is a real surgeon no matter if this is actual surgery or not, he took a course on how to make more money by adding this to your list of services. I do not trust any provider who will not return a call & only has good reviews

I needed to have a weight loss procedure done and since they were close I made a consult. I filled out the questions prior so they had all my history and than they charged me $50.00 and my wife and I had the consult with Dr Charbel. We discussed my need for having it and I had several medical conditions it would help if I had it done and he agreed that people do it for those health reasons. The doctor Halim Charbel told me they offered a medical weight loss program but I told him I knew about that and other doctors had offered it, but the fact you had to stay on the injections for life and these medications have not been proven for long term effects, I decided not to start them and opted for the ESG. He does not return calls and now want me to do a Medical weight loss program for $1500.00 Just a SCAM all around. I regret ever calling them and they have wasted 4 months of my time Go to a real doctor, he is not even a surgeon

The lady who answered the phone was so incredibly rude. She basically told me not to make an appointment that there was no point. She also invalidated my symptoms. I have never talked to someone so rude on the phone.

Came to Dr Charbel for endoscopic revision of my gastric bypass. He did a great job and the procedure went very well. The office staff were very nice and the dietitian is great and very helpful. I already lost 30 lbs and I am very happy with the service.

I was very pleased with the entire process. Dr. Charbol and his entire staff were highly professional as well as exhibiting a wonderful "bedside" manner. I felt completely at ease with their competence as well as their genuine concern for my comfort with all aspects of the procedure.

Dr. Charbel always seems to have a busy domineer. He never reads what the nurses have asked already. He probes to the 1st thing that a patient needs and that's bentyl as a strategic of by passing the customer and says "This is the first step". Its as if you get your computer evaluated, It's not working let's restart. He doesn't print paper work for you with instructions and assumes you will jump onto the portal to read it. He doesn't do follow calls but internal staff are nice and patient. Dr. Charbel, take the time to know your patients and take the time to listen. He didn't listen to all of my questions nor gave me peace of mind that he will find a solution for my issues. As a guy he brushed me off. I won't be conducting any Buisness with him due to the practice.

I saw Dr. Charbel recently and was impressed with the level of care that he provided. He really listened to me, explained the condition and offered suggestions that other physicians had not. His knowledge and experience is easy to see as is how seriously he takes his practice and patients. I am grateful that I found a gastroenterologist that I feel I can trust – and already, I am starting to feel better.
