Recently moved to Texas and had to locate a doctor to complete a critical follow-up to a procedure from my previous physician. While searching for a practice that accepted my insurance and was able to quickly schedule, I found Dr Newton. I found her to be kind and thorough. She has been my doc now since February 2021. So far, I have been very happy with her practice.

Mine is a long story. The short of it is, you'd better hope they get your billing exactly the way you think it should be, because if you have any kind of disagreement or dispute, they will never make any kind of good faith effort to talk to you about it, and it will go to debt collections and hurt your credit. I went in for a check up, they billed me with a code I think is wrong, I tried to get it fixed over many months and hours of phone calls, the doctor and her office never actually talked to me to help me understand or convince me, and instead ignored me entirely and sent my bill to collections and hurt my credit.

Dr refuses to address her sorry call service which makes making an appointment impossible. Dr ran like a lil girl to a patient room rather than resolve a patient appointment & care. Staff ignored the fact that the representative in the office made an error & refused to rectify that error. This a 91 yr old went home. Thank u doc for making a difference
