Dr. Haiba Sonyika, MD

2/2 I was made to redo my urine test. Still unsure why… Even the doctor said idk why. I had a clueless nurse that kept having me fill out the same paperwork I previously filled out. The doctor was nice, but just as clueless and careless as the team. She hardly listened to any of my concerns and said she’d prescribe me some vitamins for my ongoing nausea. (STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY PRESCRIPTIONS) She claimed to want to check my electrolytes but honestly, I believe that they wanted to run the bloodwork again as they lost my initial results. The nurse pulling my blood was ON HER CELLPHONE DISCUSSING DRAMA. My appointment was at 3. I left at 6:30 furious and asking for whatever results they did have so that I may go to a different clinic. I’m a first time mom and I wouldn’t trust this team or doctor to care for me or my baby. -10000/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have been going my entire pregnancy and only saw her twice. When I did finally see her, she rushed the appointment after having me sit for hours. I was scheduled for my CSection and She allowed her nurses to put my information in and then I got told something else. Every appointment, I know less than I went in knowing. Very frustrating to be putting your trust in someone you Dont See and who never knows any thing.

It was my first visit. She is fabulous. Her staff is professional and kind. I love this office.

I’ve always had a good experience. She has been my Dr for years and I am very pleased. The Cascade Office is very nice.

Piss poor excuse for an OBGYN. This forum doesn't allow enough character spaces to truly reflect how I feel about my experience at this "doctors office". Check out my Google review instead.

The wait time was excruciating long. She does not respond to patient phone calls and questions about labs. Horrible experience.

Absolutely worst. I should have known from when I first called to set the appointment it was very unprofessional. Once I got to the office I waited from 430-620 pm to be seen in the back, I then waited another 20 minutes half naked for her to come see me. Conversation was very minimum and it was very awkward. It was very quick it was like a 5 min visit after such a long wait. There wasn’t much information or conversation given. I would never go back and wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.

To say the least, I've never left a review for anything, but this time it's a MUST. Had an appt at 11:30 and waited over 2 hours to be seen for a general check that took less than 5 minutes, which she looked confused the whole time. The office staff is horrible. I sat in the exam room naked with a cheap paper gown that was completely demolished by the time Dr. Sonyika came in. She really hurt me with the vaginal speculum and then pulled it out pulling skin as I shouted. I will never go back!!!!

The office staff get paid to do nothing they dont schedule appts it took 3 hours for them to tell me im pregnant and draw blood which takes 2 seconds. Dr. Sonyika herself had a nice disposition but i felt she did not listen to anything i asked or had to say after waiting 3 hours to see her she brushed me off. So customerservice is horrible especially from shannon the receptionist. Do not choose this provider

Inconsiderate of time. Had 3 separate appointments. Waited over an hour each time. The last one I walked out.

Absolutely awful. Never again will i go back to this doctor now will i recommend it to anyone. I have waited 7 weeks total to have the nexplanon inserted and i'm STILL waiting on it. Also, ladies, the lab she uses charges $150 per test. I got over $1000 charge worth of tests and thank GOD i have health insurance... but i still have to pay $300. RIDICULOUS. Sonyika acts as though she has no idea what she is doing. She will not look you in the face when she is talking to you. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I love the Doctor but I have been trying to get my prescription refilled for weeks now. It makes no sense to keep calling and the office staff keeps saying they called it in. There is no way that I should have to call back as many times as I had to for my prescription. It takes forever for the doctor to see you even with an appointment! I should not have to wait over two hours with an appointment! This is a total lack of respect of my time!!!

This was the worst experience that I have had at the doctors office. She had me waiting two hours to see her, did not properly explain what was wrong with me, and lied about sending my perscription to the pharmacy. I went to the doctor Wednesday and did not receive my medicine for a week.
