Does not respond to patients needs in a timely manner. Scheduling an appointment is months out. Office staff is rude and has an I don’t care attitude. Good luck getting through on the telephone. Usually 10-15 minutes before being answered & then placed on hold again while they try to “help” you.

A misdiagnosis of metastatic cancer in the liver and pancreas with the recommendation that my father go home to die. The reality was that my father has treatable liver cancer and benign polyps in his pancreas. No one, particularly a man over 90 years old, should be subjected to this incompetent "doctor."

His assistant, Linda is unprofessional, never answer a phone, never respond to a voicemail, I had my foot swelled and needed an immediate referral, they didn’t do the referral neither respond to any of my calls. Having a professional office management is as important as having an efficient Doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Rendazzo for years. He is a fantastic doctor. He moved from a smaller office in Tustin to a large office near the hospital. I began to experience problems with the new front office staff. I tried to call and make an appointment and could not get through. After an appointment, I was helped at the desk by someone who was abrupt, rude, smug, and did not communicate her intentions properly. Parking is difficult too. I regret that I will be changing doctors.

Dr. Randazzo is very good. But his staff are rude. They don't communicate well and when they do communicate with you the tone is not friendly at all. It is as if you are interrupting them when they have to speak with you. Great doctor, but staff is just too much to put up with. I am moving on to another doctor.

Dr. Randazzo is great; however, the staff is not. I have been on hold on the phone now for 15 minutes. Then they hung up on me!!!!!! Unbelievable!!! Can't even make an appointment! After 4 times I finally got through. Rude.
