Dr. Francis insisted that I sign up for more appointments before he would write my prescription and I was running out of my medication.

Dr.’s like him are Very Rare
I can’t express enough of how the doctor takes the time to know his patients, educates them and makes himself available. These days most doctors view their patients as a number associated with a dollar. Not Dr. Francis. You are a person at all times. He is our Family Doctor. I truly appreciate him.

This doctor is great, but his appointment system is the worst I've ever encountered. On several occasions I have been very ill, and have asked to come in and you can't make an appointment. He doesn't have walk-in hours either. I called and his nasty receptionist said, "you need to make an appointment three months in advance". I said I can't anticipate being sick three months in advance. Her answer? Go to urgent care. Unbelievable. Don't even bother coming here.

He is a pleasant doctor. I trust him and his advice, but the receptionist is so rude and cold. Very unpleasant.

Dr. Francis is one of the best physician I have met. He's down to earth and will educate you on any illness or disease. I'm happy that my family have select him as their primary. I feel comfortable and my family does too.

The best doctor I have ever had as a PCP. Very patient with his patients. Very understandable and right on point about his diagnosis. Always smiling and making jokes giving advices and encouragement. You are great keep it up. I would recommend him to anyone in this world. Love u!

Dr. Francis is very thorough and courteous. My son was not feeling well and I called the office. Although he was busy, Dr. Francis saw my son and made sure he was fine before we left.
