Misdiagnosed my uterine cancer
After a uterine biopsy because of post menopausal bleeding, I was told by Dr SanRoman that it was negative. I later found out that the report showed “scant cells were taken”. My new gynecologist diagnosed uterine cancer. Thanks to San Roman’s faulty diagnosis, I lost a year. I was diagnosed with Stage 2B endometrial cancer. Stay away from this man

No Anesthesia
I’ve been seeing Dr. San Ramon for quite a few years. There were suspicious cells on my cervix and a procedure was performed. This procedure involves taking several chunks of your cervix out to be sent to pathology/lab. I was not told to take any medication. I was told I would be slightly uncomfortable. I have given birth three times without any pain medication whatsoever. I will tell you that the pain of someone taking chunks out of your cervix is for worse than childbirth. He kept saying that he was almost done but he continued to take chunks out and I was sweating and screaming in pain.

Dr San Roman & NP Jackie Cucinello are amazing. The best bedside manner, always eager to listen to any concerns. Dr. San Roman delivered both my children via csection in 2013 & 2017. Couldn’t ask for a better obgyn! Worth the almost hour drive for me

I wouldn't know my appoint was canceled because I didn't confirm when by the time they wanted me too. I did not receive any text messages because I would've confirmed that way. I only got one voicemail stating I needed to call nothing about needing to call by 7 pm. I didn't even get out of work til after 7 last night. Meanwhile I've had my period for 3 weeks out of the month definitely something should be see. So thank you for nothing.

I went to Dr Roman when I needed a bladder lift. He wanted to perform a surgery which went into my pelvis and created scar tissue so that my bladder would stay in place. I went for another opinion at a uro gynecologist office and was told that that he never heard of such a surgery. I'm so glad i stayed with the uro gynecologist because I didnt have a good feeling about Dr. Romans scar tissue surgery.

I have been going to Dr. San Roman for over 28 years. I trust him implicitly. He takes the time to talk to you. I personally have never had any issues with his office staff. I will continue to go to Dr. San Roman as long as he is in practice. I have even used him when I changed to an insurance that he didn't accept!

I got the impression that this doc feels more comfortable treating young women.During a recent visit, there were constant references to my age. (75). This made me uncomfortable. I won't be back.

Dr Gustavo San Roman and Jaclyn Cuccinello made my first experience being pregnant absolutely AMAZING! I have never been so happy with any other doctor. My baby girl was born extremely healthy weighting a total of 9lbs 06oz I was scheduled to have a c section and that experience was nothing but AMAZING and smooth! From professional to absolutely caring. I never thought I would be receiving so much comfort from a doctor during a c section. The Best experience of my life. I am FOREVER thankful.

I had heard great things from other patients about San Roman. I finally scheduled an appointment to see him. I saw him today and i was very happy with him and everyone at the office. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Iris, the medical assistant was very nice. Dr. SAN Roman was very pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. He gave me hope with my situation. I definetly recommend this practice.

if you are out of network do not use him, what they fail to tell you is if you change adresss an don't revive bill notifications they will send you to collections as well as add extra $$ to your orginal bill, they claim they take whatever your insurance is willing to pay but if you fall on hard times they show absolutely no compassion or courtesy

I cannot say enough good things about dr san roman. I suffer from severe anxiety when it comes to visits with an obgyn and after being referred to him, I'm positive that he will be my go-to from here on out. And that's after having 2 well visits over the span of 2 years. He takes his time to answer questions without making you feel rushed & overall makes you feel comfortable. Very grateful to have been referred to him.

Dr. San Roman is the first gynecologist that I have walked out of the office thinking, "I really like him", and I've been to more than my fair share. He's friendly, personable and very informative. He was patient and willingly answered all questions. He has an excellent bedside manner, and even used some humor to calm my jittery nerves, something that goes a long way with me. All of the staff in the office display the same genuine caring, concern, and friendliness.

I have know Dr. San Roman and his office for about 8 years or more. It was the best choice I have taken with my health. My prior Dr. left Long Island and I was really worry trusting another Dr. He is a good listener and provides you with different choices for you to think about. The staff in the office is also caring and to my best knowledge they try to accommodate you . You feel in good hands by the time you leave the office. I will 100% recommend him and his office.
