Disappointed
After many tests then turned me over to see his less experienced office colleagues. Then prescribed CPAP from a rental service that had basically a never ending contract that they wanted me to sign. The contract stipulated if I didn't use the electronical monitored CPAP for a certain period each night and it was no longer covered under my insurance I would have to pay the fee out of pocket and would be unable to cancel the agreement. Turned out I could purchase the CPAP for the cost of just 2 months of their rental fee. I stopped going after waiting 45 minutes for insurance re-verification and just walked out telling the front desk that their service was terrible.

Dr. Ferrer is a compassionate doctor. He is conducted a through exam with me without rushing. He took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan and answered all of my questions. I also had great experience with his staff. They responded to my insurance questions in a timely manner.

Best Dr, Absolutely amazing, after suffering from the worst post nasal drip from allergies for over 10 years in 2 months it's gone, because of his treatment. Also treating me to stop smoking. His staff is the best, they follow up every week and should you have any problems with the insurance because of a medication coverage or anything else they will call and solve it. Rebecca is absolutely caring and professional always calling to find out how I am! Don't waste your money and time going to other places. Dr Ferrer and his staff are the best. I am so grateful to have found him.

Dr. Ferrer is truly a godsend. He is one of the few doctors that actually listens with compassion and care. It's a 45 minute drive for me, but it's WORTH IT! I have been to half a dozen of pulmonologist with good/great reviews on Google/Healthgrades but none compare.The office staff are also quite friendly and competent.

Dr. Gustavo Ferrer (pulmonologist) is an Amazing, compassionate doctor. He is Genuine. He is extremely passionate in helping his patients heal. He is very educational and treats you as a whole to find the root of the problem and not just treat the symptoms with the typical “pill.” He is a God send. He is worth the 2 hour drive anytime!! Thank you doctor!!

I find him highly educated and he has a good attitude proven by how well he listens. His staff is wonderful and joyful. They help. In fact, I had one staff member offer to drive to a hospital for me to get records when I could not drive. The doctor takes his time to explain in detail the condition without condemnations.
