The Absolute Best
Dr. P is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable, kind and caring. She was my Endo for the 5 years I lived in Cali. If you think the wait is a bit long to see her, that's because she takes the time to listen and discuss the proper course of treatment with all her patients. So when it's your turn, you know she's being thorough. I always felt very well taken care of with her. If I hadn't moved away, she would still be my doc. I miss her.

As a dietitian, I am deeply concerned with the nutrition advice being peddled by this MD. My patients have been told not to eat any carbohydrates other than berries which is wrong, dangerous and unsustainable for most people. Although I am sure this MD does a great job of managing endocrine medications, please take her diet advice with a grain of salt and inquire as to her formal nutrition training. I would also advice seeking out a private practice dietitian within the community to work with on a more sustainable meal pattern. Thank you.

Very disappointing. Submitted incorrect diagnostic codes to insurance, refused to correct. Waited over an hour at appointment. Horrible treatment. When I complained about wait, Dr. said, "I don't Care"

Dr. Poorsattar is a very kind, understanding, and patient doctor who is always willing to put her patient first. She always tries her best to have empathy in order to understand the challenges and needs of her patients. Dr. Poorsattar's knowledge and experience also shines through when helping patients since she is always aware of advances in medicine so that she may better help patients. She works hard to make sure that all her patients are doing well and does a good job of checking in with patients to see that they are doing well. She is a great doctor who you can always talk to as a friend when you need someone to be there for you.
