Dr. Guillermo Trevino, MD

I am a second time mom with preeclampsia and GB and new to the area, so choosing an OB/GYN was something I did not take lightly. He isnt one of those doctors that your just a number to he puts you first and makes you actually feel like your worth his time. He is always looking out for his patient's. I did a TON of research and originally had dr.Pettit but issues arised and . I decided to go with Dr. Guzman and I am so happy I did. Dr.Guzman saved my baby's life delivering at 39 weeks. My baby got stuck and him and his team helped save her life. if it wasn't for him my baby would be dead dead. She came out stillborn but they brought her back to life. I am extremely grateful for him and his team. He is an AMAZING doctor. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs an amazing doctor.

I transferred to Dr Guzman as I wasn’t feeling a connection with my prior ObGyn. During my last pregnancy I had a bad experience (not the doctor’s fault) and was feeling a bit nervous during this one. I wanted my ObGyn to be close by just in case but realistically didn’t expect this to happen. When I asked Dr Guzman he told me that he was happy to and he did. We can’t recommend him enough.

Dr, Guzman is one of the greatest physicians in which I’ve ever come across in my 33 years! His attentiveness, care for his patients, and overall dedication to his specialization is unmatched. He stays current with medical research and data, advocates for his patients and the OB/GYN community, and is just an incredibly intellectual and talented person. I always look forward to my visits, as I know I am receiving exceptional care. The Trinity Health network/St.Alphonsus are extremely lucky to have him (as are his patients). I trust Dr. G with my life! I am looking forward to being his patient for years to come! Thank you for always being so supportive, Dr.G!

I truly believe Dr. Guzman saved my life! I went to the ER three times when I was pregnant back in 2021 due to spotting, each visit was worse and worse. Each time I was sent home and was told “this is all part of the miscarriage process” but that wasn’t the case because my HCG level had doubled since my first visit when they told me I was losing the baby. I was getting no where, no answers, nothing. I finally got a referral to see Dr. Guzman and I was taken into surgery that same day. My fallopian tube had ruptured and I was bleeding out internally. He caught what the ER didn’t! I have trusted this man since. Dr. Guzman has been an amazing doctor and my family and I are forever grateful for him and his care team. I am again, trusting him and his team as I get ready to have another surgery! It’s a good feeling knowing I am in good hands.

I have always been impressed with Dr Trevino:) Hes always so helpful and knows how to make you feel wlecome and comfortable. He delivered my first son and there is NO other Dr i would rather have as an OBGYN then him. I am greatful to have found him due to the fact he take time to go above and behond to help those that are needing that extra help to keep them selfs and the baby healthy.

Dr. Guzman was kind and friendly. I didn't feel rushed and he took the time to listen to all my issues (I feel like there's a lot going on with me!). He reassured me that we will figure out what is going on and then discuss the options to make it better.

I read lots of reviews before my first visit with Dr. Guzman (Trevino) so I was hopeful that I would have as good of an experience as everyone shared they had! I was not disappointed! He is incredibly kind and warm and I felt listened to. He learned about my upcoming IVF transfer and wanted to stay in the know with our journey and shared that he was rooting for us! I would totally recommend!

He was clear in the diagnosis and encouraging in what was happening with my problem ??

Excellent physician. Caring, thorough, knowledge, communicates well. Glad I am his patient.

Dr Guzman is very caring and professional. He takes time and answers all questions and concerns as if you were the only patient on his schedule. When my mom had cancer, he asked if he could pray for her. That meant everything to me and show that he truly cares for his patients. Excellent Dr., highly recommend.

Dr.Guzman is caring and does not dismiss any symptoms or concerns I have. No one else I would trust with my prenatal care and delivery. He is wonderful.

Just great, easy visit.

Very happy to have him as my doctor. He and his staff took their time to discuss all my results with me in detail. The call back was from the doctor himself and lasted more than expected. My appointment was very smooth and timely. He was very kind and attentive to all the questions that me and my husband had for him. My mother is his patient and she had recommended that I see him. I certainly feel very comfortable with him.

New to the area, recently moved from California. I had my previous obgyn for years and was nervous about having to find a new one. Dr Guzman the as great, easy to talk to, listened to all my questions and concerns.

He is a great doctor! He listened to me and took the time to answer all my questions before my delivery. He was available and at the hospital the whole time while I was in labor and until he delivered my healthy baby after midnight. Will definitely go back to see him again for my next pregnancies.

Had him for my first Pregnancy, he was great, his staff was great. Decided to switch birth control, took 3 days to get someone to actually talk to me about setting an appointment up to switch. at this same time I kept getting calls about another issue that I later found out didn't have to do with me. after I was told they changed the number for my account I received 10 more calls from them trying to reach this other person. I also asked them to call me after a certain time otherwise I can't answer. They have not listened to me Since the end of my first Pregnancy. I thought I would go through him for my Second, but I will be finding another Doctor.

Very attentive to all my concerns, great explanation. Just one amazing doctor.
